About this "Flipping a Sequence" Flipper

This coin flip simulator has been designed to simulate someone flipping a coin continuously until a certain sequence has been flipped. This simulator can flip the coin not just until 10 heads have been flipped (its default setting) but any sequence of heads or tails up to 20 coins in length! The sequence structure and the length is set by you.

This coin flipper is ideal to answer such questions such as "is it actually possible to flip 10 heads in a row, and if so how long would it take?"

Starting the Flipper

To start simply alter the sequence structure to match your requirement using the letters 't' and 'h' to represent 'heads' and 'tails' respectively. For example, if you want to find out how long it would take to flip the sequence (heads, heads, tails, heads, tails, tails) then change the sequence structure in the text box to (hhthtt). Once you have done that simply click the button to start the flip simulator. The coin will then flip continously until your sequence target has been flipped.

Once you have clicked the "flip the Coin" button this notice will be removed and replaced with full statistics and your flip history. It will also include a run timer which times how long the flippper is active.
